Dr. Meaghan is excited to have Teisa Earhart and Gabby Ball on the show to talk all about hypopressives low-pressure fitness. Hypopressives is a form of exercise that focuses on breathing and abdominal contractions to help with strengthening the core, resetting the pelvic floor, relaxing the diaphragm, and decreasing tension in the low back. 
 
There are many benefits to hypopressive fitness, including:
