Beyond the Basics Health Academy welcomes Sarah Andrus to the show to talk about her cookbook “Full of It: Healthy Recipes without all the B.S.”. Sarah went through her own health struggles about 10 years ago and realized that she needed to make dietary changes if she wanted to see positive health changes. Through her journey, she has put together a collection of recipes that are full of nutrients without all the negative ingredients that we find in so many other recipes.
Now that Sarah is symptom-free and off all medications, she shares her passion for the simple, straightforward solutions that she has discovered. Sarah inspires the reader to not only cook with ease and love but to use the time-sharing meals around the table as a way to cultivate strong relationships with family and friends.
